Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
The CSCS is a difficult examination. Pass rates have dropped in recent years- applicants need to pass a scientific foundations section and a practical/applied section at the same time. Only 39% of test takers passed both sections of the exam on their first attempt in 2024. Passive learning is unlikely to lead to a passing score, and practice tests are one of the best ways to prepare for this examination.
